Monti Central Apartment - Rome

Favourable and excellent location close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain, and the room was amazing. A large fridge and a washing machine were provided...

The apartment was mind-blowing! Each bedroom had its own shower and toilet, and while the showers were a bit small, they were super clean. The kitchen had good facilities, although the plastic chairs were uncomfortable. The apartment was in a quiet residential area, with a small lift to the sixth floor and access to the roof for a jaw-dropping evening with a glass of wine. The beds were very comfortable, although there was only one soft pillow. The air conditioning was quiet and effective, and it was only a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum.

We had a great stay in Rome short walk to the train station, the vatican and the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. We loved to be there, they offer a dining area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

The location was perfect, with easy access to both train stations and the Colosseum within a 10-minute walk. Stanley, the host, was helpful and even arranged an airport transfer for us. The apartment itself was spacious, with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, providing plenty of privacy. The kitchen had all the basics we needed, including coffee, tea, and cooking essentials. The balcony and terrace offered fine views. highly recommended!

The host was amazing, rooms were jaw-dropping, and exceeded expectations. The terrace access was a pleasant surprise. Clean, recently renovated, great air conditioning, comfortable beds. Very central location: Termini station and Colosseum within 15 minutes on foot. Good coffee and pizza nearby. Spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, large fridge, and washing machine. Lovely views, lots of natural light. Fantastic location for food, drinks, and shopping. Highly recommended for location and fuss-free amenities. Thanks to Marco and Stanley for organizing airport transfers.

Great location, near Basilica di S.Maria Maggiore and Colosseum. Helpful and responsive staff. Clean and comfortable apartment. Three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Good size fridge. Supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby.

Quiet and effective air conditioning. 15 min walk to Colosseum. 10 min walk from Termin station. 10 min from Colisseo. 5 min from metro. 3 rooms with 3 complete baths. Full kitchen, air conditioning in each room. Loved the 3 large bedrooms with own ensuite. Small kitchen, large fridge, washing machine. Well stocked with essentials. Lots of windows, nice natural light. 3 separate bedrooms each with on-suite bathroom. Very central location with great restaurants and coffee shops. Supermarket nearby. French coffee making apparatus. Stayed for 5 nights.

Loved the central location! We were able to walk to all the major attractions and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our romantic getaway. the host was friendly and provided us with excellent customer service. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony and terrace.

There were a few downsides. the washing machine didn't work properly and there were some drainage issues in the bathrooms.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the view from the third bedroom's balcony, but others might still find it pleasant.

Personally, I found one of the bedrooms to be a bit smaller than expected, but others might still find it comfortable.

The value for money at Monti Central was excellent - clean and comfortable rooms in a central location.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the main train station and close proximity to popular tourist attractions. the apartment offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning units, ensuring a comfortable stay. Marco provided helpful advice and even arranged private airport transport.

The communal space is limited to the kitchen area, which can become stuffy, and there is no lounge area for relaxation. there were some cleanliness issues reported, such as stains on towels and a strong mildew odor in one of the bathrooms.
